I am very excited today to be this weeks menu planning guest poster at The Organised Housewife.
I love reading Kats posts each and everyday.
Kat has some awesome decluttering and organising advice and actvities. I have posted about a couple of bigger ones I took part in here and here.
Kat also has some awesome free printables. I use the Weekly Planner all the time. It is easy to read and use. Lots of room to write.
So pop on over to The Organised Housewife to see my post. Don't forget to link up your menu plan while you are there. Would love to see what you are cooking this week!

Did you see? Did you notice?
I gave my little blog a bit of a make over this afternoon. I wasn't really keen on what I had before but just hadn't got around to having a play. I went for something simple and bright seeing as I'm over the dullness of winter atm.
Had a jolly good time trying to get my banner title to be in the middle though. Thanks to a wonderful girlie who pointed me in the right direction it's all done!
So what do you think?
And now for some news. I have something very exciting coming up. I'm rather chuffed about it actually. But you are all going to have to wait until monday to see what it is!

Remember my post about Lemons? and how I turned some of it into Lemon vinegar cleaner. Well it's been working great. I even made some orange cleaner. Have just decanted that this morning. Unfortunately one batch of it had to be thrown out :) I had added some mandarin peel to it and it's smells aweful. Some of the other girls at Down To Earth found the same thing. Luckily mine that had the whole orange peel (not peeled using a veggie peeler or knife) was ok unlike some of the other girls.
There was talk the other week of a Rosemary Tea to use to mop the floors with. So I thought why not make a rosemary vinegar?
So I have. I have a nice sized rosemary bush out the backyard that hardly gets any use since we haven't had lamb in I don't know how long.
I will pop my infusion in the cupboard and write a note to check it in the first few days of august.

Just love a nice Roast Chicken dinner
Our meat stash is starting to run a little low at the moment and I don't really want to stock it up until after we are back from holidays in a couple of months. So I have tried to incorporate more non red meat meals into this fortnights meal plan.
Thurs ~ Sausages and veggies
Fri ~ Chow Mien
Sat ~ Chicken Noodle and Veggie Soup
Sun ~ Roast Pork and veggies
Mon ~ Quiche and veggies
Tues ~ Fish and veggies
Wed ~ Chicken Chasseur and veggies
Thurs ~ Baked Potatoes
Fri ~ Devilled Sausages, mash and veggies
Sat ~ Roast Chicken and veggies
Sun ~ Pumpkin Soup
Mon ~ Hamburgers
Tues ~ Chicken Casserole
Wed ~ Spaghetti Bolognaise
I need to look into our baking situation. We have eaten most of our baking stock from the freezer but would like to get some cookie dough done up and in the freezer this week I think.
