Sausage Parmys

Sausage Parmys

The other week my IL's gave us some crumbed sausages they weren't too keen on.
I cooked up a couple for the kids one night and they burnt really easy on the outside and took a while to cook through. So I had an idea.....

Sausage Parmys
Sausages - as many as you need to feed your family
1 jar pasta sauce
1 cup grated cheese

Feel free to pre cook your sausages if you would prefer. I didn't for these and they turned out really well. Wasn't greasy at all.
Pour over the pasta sauce, top with grated cheese.
bake at about 200C for about 40 mins or until the sausages are cooked through and the cheese in nice and golden brown.

I think this would be a fab way to use up the leftover sausages from a BBQ this summer.
