Menu Planning Monday!

{Potato Bake}

I tried a new recipe for Pork Chops in the slow cooker this week. The marinade was nice enough, the chops tender, but they were dry. Might just use the marinade and then cook as usual I think.

I'm back in the baking mood too :)

Mon ~ Savoury mince and rice
Tues ~ Curried Sausages
Wed ~ Take away pizza (trip to town all day)
Thurs ~ Asian Omelettes
Fri ~ Slow Cooked Pork Chops
Sat ~ Marinated Drumsticks, Potato Bake and steamed veg
Sun ~ Corned Beef, veg and onion sauce for St Pat's Day.

~ Custard Poke Cake
~ Blueberry Breakfast Slice (except I used raspberries)
~ Blackberry and Muesli Muffins
~ Coconut Sweetened Condensed Milk (will be turned into condensed milk cookies later in the week.

  1. Always love looking through your menu plans! We are having savoury mince and rice tonight...just trying to work out how to present it in a way the twins will eat it! They used to love it when pureed and spoonfed but won't eat it on their own now!
    My Teen's favourite is curried sausages so she would love your menu! Have a great week Becci x

    1. My boys will eat it on it's own but not with rice. So that's how I serve it. A piece of bread/toast if they want. They'd rather have mash

  3. What a delicious menu !! I plan the week too. Since Thursday we already had homemade cheese burgers with salad, baked sliced potatoes with green beens and pork chops, a sauerkraut ovendish with hamand pineapple grated with cheese, beef chimichurie with rice. As you can see we eat very varied too and from lots of countries ; )
