This week my Nourishing Traditions book arrived. I wanted to perfect my chicken stock making so followed the method in the book and OMG it was so yummy! I used it to make a minestrone style soup mmm.
Mon ~ Sausage Parmys and veg
Tues ~ Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes, veg and homemade gravy
Wed ~ Beef Burgers
Thurs ~ Chow mein
Fri ~ Snitzel night at the pub
Sat ~ Minestrone style soup
Sun ~ Roast pork and all the trimmings
Baking: Um well I didn't do any lol
