Sugar free Banana and Date Spelt Muffins
This week was our first week back into school routines for quite a few years. I think we did rather well. As suspected Ethan hasn't been eating as much at school as he did at kindy. He's also decided he doesn't want yoghurt or custard in his lunch box and would rather it after school instead.
Mon ~ Roast Pork and veg
Tues ~ Homemade Chicken snitzels and veg
Wed ~ Slow Cooked Beef Casserole
Thurs ~ Out for lunch so just chicken wings for dinner
Fri ~ Spaghetti Bolognaise
Sat ~ Fried Rice (was meant to have thurs night)
Sun ~ Roast lamb and veg
