Menu Planning Mondays Link Up!

Lately when I have been making spaghetti bolognaise I have been making a double batch of sauce and freezing the leftovers. So this week I grabbed one of those out of the freezer which meant a super easy dinner as all I had to do was heat the sauce and cook the pasta!

Mon ~ Roast Turkey and veg
Tues ~ Apricot Chicken and veg
Wed ~ Spaghetti Bolognaise
Thurs ~ Crumbed fish and veg
Fri ~ Fried Rice and Marinated Chicken Wings
Sat ~ Chicken Parmys and veg
Sun ~ Roast Pork and veg

~ 2 sourdough carrot and walnut loaves
~ sourdough jam scrolls
~ Apple pie slice

  1. We like making a double amount of bolognaise also and use the other half another day to make lasagne
